In the 18th century, the Canadians had better diets than did the French; The Let’s Eat! exhibition explores the different facets of Quebec’s culinary culture, from the arrival of the first colonists to the modern day. The exhibition will present the kinds of foods that were eaten, but will also show food preservation methods, meal preparation, the influence of agricultural techniques on food, the import⁄export network, and general traditions concerning dining.

POP Montreal all over the plateau--music, conferences, artisans, love!
popmontreal.com
The Symposium is a noisier-than-ever-before music conference dedicated to our proud community; it is designed for those who work to make a life in music, and for those who love music. It is designed for you.
Our main goal is to make programming as open, inclusive and accessible as possible. Brilliant set designer Veronica Classen (Chicago, Montréal) is installing a backdrop built just for us again this year, making the space warm and inspirational to even the most hungover among you. "Face-to-Face"* sessions happen each day, offering speakers, animators, and all attendees the chance to meet and share ideas in a casual setting, over snacks and drinks.
